4 cups of flour Pour 1 cup of warm water gradually and knead 1 tablespoon salt 1 egg 70 grams of butter = 3 tablespoons After kneading, cover the dough and leave it to rest for at least one to two hours. Filling: Half a kilo of minced meat 2 large onions 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon cumin 1 bunch of parsley 4 boiled eggs On a meddium heat cook the meat and add in the rest. Turn of the heat and ad in the boiled eggs in small/medium sized chunks Roll out the the dough and spoon in the filling on half of it with room in between each spoonful. Fold the dough in half and use a pizza roller to cut squares. Fry/ air fry until puffed and cooked.

Ingredients: 3 cups whole flour 1 cup white flour 1 cup butter at room temperature 1 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of white honey 1 tablespoon of baking powder Egg wash 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla Filling: 1 teaspoon ground cardamom 2 tablespoons of soft cinnamon 3 tablespoons of white honey Instructions: In a large bowl knead together the dough ingredients until fully kneaded. In a small bowl mix together all filling ingredients Roll out the dough and cut out circles Add a spoonful of filling in the the middle of a circle and cover with another one Place on a baking tray, and seal the edges with a fork by pressing down lightly Make design on top by using a knife to make little squares Brush with egg wash Place in the oven on 170 degrees celcuis for 25-30 minutes. Dust with powdered
